Synopsis:
There is no silence. We live in a world of constant movement, where noise surrounds us at every moment of the day in a spiral of unceasing bustle. This audiovisual piece addresses the subjective construction of silence, starting with a contrast of the concepts of noise and mutism. The video uses a voiceover that plays with loss of the power of speech and sound contrast to narrate the way human beings move in a frenetic social context, fearing that moment when the noise is switched off, silence invades our minds and we find ourselves alone.
