Graphic Constellation

As part of the Festival International de la Bande Dessinée d'Angoulême, the exhibition Graphic Constellation: Young Avant-Garde Comic Authors will be showcased from January 29 to March 17, 2025. This traveling exhibition, originally created at the CCCB, serves as an archive celebrating the creative moment of a constellation of nine outstanding authors: Bàrbara Alca, Marta Cartu, Genie Espinosa, Ana Galvañ, Nadia Hafid, Conxita Herrero, María Medem, Miriampersand, and Roberta Vázquez. These creators innovate in styles and languages, challenging comic conventions with a critical and humorous perspective on the world.   

The festival, recognized as one of the most important comic events worldwide, provides the perfect stage for this exhibition, highlighting the diversity and talent of these avant-garde authors. The exhibition invites visitors to explore new narrative and visual forms, cementing these artists as key figures in the contemporary comic scene.
