GRAPA 2. ruido ê

ruido ê is an artistic production and research project by Silvia Zayas that centres on the problem of the effect and impact of noise on the bodies of marine animals. The project is designed as a process of experimentation that builds a network of relationships with scientists, divers and other artists to investigate questions of perception, legibility, vulnerability and resistance. Interviews with Silvia Zayas conducted by the artist Clara Piazuelo, the collected activities carried out, the diagram by Antonio Gagliano of the mesh woven as part of the project and the text by scientist Claudio Barría all go to construct the narrative of an advanced phase of the project.
