The issues that emerge around the concept of sustainability are essential for the future of the city.
The questions raised affect pivotal matters: the model of urban occupation of the territory, the type of mobility, the tendencies in urban metabolism, the cultural models and economic considerations that sway its citizens when choosing a place of residence, the strategies of cities in order to compete, on the one hand, and on the other, to respect the ecosystems that support them.
