Lateral Views
Visit to "In the Troubled Air..." with Marta Gili
Courses and workshops
Critic and curator Marta Gili invites us on a journey through intersecting narratives, unbridled emotions, and the poetic and political gestures of the exhibition.
Based on a personal selection of works and her own framework for reflection, Marta Gili will be placing the emphasis on gestures of attention, solicitude, complicity and commitment, as well as passion, anger, helplessness, loneliness and suffering: thoughts in motion that blaze a trail for another way of seeing.
With Lateral Views, the CCCB expands the exhibition narrative by means of voices which, in their singularity, help us to look, and look at ourselves, from other viewpoints, turning the exhibition into a living, questioning space that is open to multiple forms of meaning.
