Yaacov Yadgar

Professor of Political Science at the University of Bar-Ilan and fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research focuses on the contemporary Israeli national identity and the influence of Jewish religion and the media in the configuration of this identity. He has recently published Our Story: The National Narratives in the Israeli Press (Haifa University Press, 2004).
