Raquel Paricio

Graduated in Fine Arts, lives and works in Barcelona.

Currently devoted to artistic research and production. Her interests, related to the research done at the UPC (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), include the study of spaces, interfaces and devices that enhance perception, though the work on applications on evolutive hardware for artificial life. On this subject, she has shown or published at: Banquete, Centro de arte LABoral; Transmediale; Consciousness Reframed; Technoetic Arts; Leonardo on-line; IST; Institute for Scientific Interchange Foundation; ACM; Fundació La Caixa; KRTU; Complex System Network of Excellence; Computers & Graphics (Elsevier) Mendel Art Gallery; Fundació Tapies; Museum of Contemporary Art of Chicago.
