A platform for the selection and production of projects that link new technologies with culture. Its work covers several different areas: organisation of events related with the cultural and technological spheres, creation of documentaries for television, radio and Internet, and the development of technological tools (databases and software). Its research focuses on possible social uses of technology and work in networks, seeking to develop strategies that generate new forms of communication, learning and organisation among citizens.
