Marc Marginedas

In two decades of professional experience Marc Marginedas, a journalist and war correspondent for the newspaper El Periódico, has covered some of the world’s main wars, revolts and conflicts including Algeria, Chechnya, Darfur, Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon and the Arab revolutions. He has been awarded the Vázquez Montalbán Prize and the Cirilo Rodríguez Prize for Journalism and has detailed his experiences as a war correspondent in the book Periodismo en el campo de batalla (RBA, 2013 – Journalism on the Battlefield).
