On the occasion of the exhibition Sade: Freedom or Evil, the Museu d’Història de Barcelona presents a guided tour centred on the struggles for sexual and gender freedoms in the city, led by Miquel Missé.

This tour explores various key episodes in the history of sexual and gender freedom in the city of Barcelona, focusing on last century. The itinerary takes as its reference point the 1970s, and offers a route moving both further back in time, to the 1920s, and forward in history, leading up to the 2020s. The setting of the visit will be the streets of the Raval and Gothic neighbourhoods, in Barcelona’s Ciutat Vella district.

All signing up for these routes will receive a free ticket to the exhibition Sade: Freedom or Evil.
