In this Beta Station session, we’ll discover the most innovative aspects of this research and the advances that quantum technology could bring about with use of lasers, sensors and radiotherapy.
From the traditional application of radiotherapy treatments to early detection using nanophotonic sensors, research into the boundaries of quantum technology and its future applications is an active and cutting-edge field for improving cancer detection and treatment.
Given by: Laura Lechuga, researcher at ICN2- CSIC and Ferran Guedea, Head of Radiotherapy and Oncology Service at the Catalan Institute of Oncology.
Participants: Laura M. Lechuga Gómez, Ferran Guedea
