Journalists Xavier Aldekoa, Èlia Borràs, Laura Aragó, Eileen Truax, Jorge Carrión, Anna Surinyach, Agus Morales and Mikel López Iturriaga reflect on how food moves the world, from its production, unequal distribution and implications for the planet and for health, to its use as a war weapon or as a meeting place.
Food is a right, a privilege and a pleasure. But if the world produces 60% more than humanity needs to feed itself, why are 733 million people starving? What does food say about who we are? These are some of the questions posed by the 10th issue of 5W magazine, which celebrates its tenth anniversary by delving into a fundamental issue of humanity: food.
This event, presented by journalist and food critic Mikel López Iturriaga, will address all these issues with the participation of Xavier Aldekoa, Èlia Borràs, Laura Aragó, Eileen Truax, Jorge Carrión, Anna Surinyach and Agus Morales.
Moderators: Mikel López Iturriaga
Participants: Xavier Aldekoa, Eileen Truax, Jorge Carrión, Anna Surinyach, Agus Morales, Èlia Borràs, Laura Aragó
