Mineral song: Concert and geological conversation

Debate

The documentary theater company AzkonaToloza offers a geological concert, followed by a conversation with journalist Elisenda Pallarés Piquer on the mineral limits of the planet.

After years of performing human stories on stage, Laida Azkona and Txalo Toloza decided to listen to other voices. The voices of the elements that, even though they coexist with us and constitute the material basis of life and of our economic and cultural systems, are not recognized as subjects of rights. In Canto Mineral, the company Azkona & Toloza gives voice to the mountains, volcanoes and rocks, questioning the distinction between living and dead matter to generate a geological dialogue. In this session they will present the concert version of the theatrical production accompanied by the musician Rodrigo Rammsy, followed by a dialogue woth Elisenda Pallarés Piquer, journalist of Climática magazine, about the relationship between extractivism and climate change.
