Ulrike Engel

Ulrike Engel, graduate in the History of Art and Architecture from the Martin-Luther-University (Saale) and Technical University (Berlin). She has worked on numerous architecture projects in Berlin and Budapest. Between 2000 and 2006, she took part in various archaeological excavations in Italy, Greece and Yemen, and has carried out engineering, aviation and space creation projects in extreme conditions. In September 2006, she gave the lecture “Terrorism and urban structures” at Manchester’s Centre for Sustainable Urban and Regional Futures.
