Toni Navarro

Philosopher specialided in gender and technology. He is currently visiting professor at EINA, University Center of Design and Art (UAB) and researcher at the Vector of Sociotechnical Conceptualization coordinated by Tecnopolítica (IN3 / UOC) at Canódromo, Athenaeum of Digital and Democratic Innovation.

He is a regular contributor for various media and magazines such us CCCBLab and Teknokultura, and has presented his work in spaces such as the Gelatina Festival of La Casa Encendida, the IV International Symposium Mutating Ecologies in Contemporary Art, The Institute for Postnatural Studies, Biennal de Pensament Ciutat Oberta, Decidim Fest or FEM TEK Bilbao.

He has recently prefaced the books Xenofeminism, by Helen Hester (Black Box, 2018) and The War of Desire and Technology, by Sandy Stone (Holobionte Ediciones, 2020). She has also translated texts by various authors for the Ciberfeminism Anthology. From VNS Matrix to Laboria Cuboniks (Holobionte Ediciones, 2019). He is currently translating The Terraforming, by Benjamin H. Bratton for Caja Negra Editora, and is working on a compilation about the xenofeminist collective Laboria Cuboniks for Holobionte Ediciones.
