Teddy Cruz is an architect and lecturer in urbanism at the University of California, San Diego. His research centres on the particularities of urbanism and architecture along the Mexico-US border. His work has been published in different specialist magazines such as Global Architecture, Progressive Architecture and Thresholds MIT, and he has been awarded various architecture prizes, such as the San Diego AIA Honor Award and the Architectural League of New York Young Architects Forum Award.
