Salvador Trallero
Salvador Trallero is a pastry chef by profession. Fond of photography and history, over the years he has become an important cultural activist in his territory. In 2005 he started the Sariñena Editorial project, specializing in historical essays and photography, which has a catalog of almost 40 publications focused mainly on historical and democratic memory with a special sensitivity to the local perspective. He is also the author of Sariñena Antigua, a photographic journey through his hometown.
