Roger Mas is a vocalist and singer. The fact of receiving several prizes made it possible for him to record his first work Les Flors del Somni (Dream Flowers, Picap 1997). In 1998 he published a first book of poems and songs called Flors, Somnis, Camins i Serps (Flowers, Dreams, Roads and Snakes). In 2000 he published a book of short stories and poetic prose, La teulada és oberta i no sé on són les parets (The Roof's Open and I Don't Know Where the Walls Are) and also participated in the disc marking the comeback of Jaume Sisa, and in Pau Riba's Nadadales. Among the discs he has produced are roger mas & les flors en el camí de les serps i els llangardaixos blaus fluorescents cap a la casa de vidre de la Senyora dels Guants Vermells (roger mas & the flowers on the road of snakes and fluorescent blue lizards going to the house of glass of the Red-Gloved Lady, Picap 2001) and dp (K Indústria Cultural 2003), which represents a new challenge in musical treatment and was deemed to be the best Catalan disc of the year by the newspaper Avui and the critics writing in the review Enderrock. In 2005 he participated, along with Miquel Gil, Lídia Pujol, Cris Juanico and the cantaora (flamenco singer) Alba Guerrero, in the show 'Notícia del Regne de Mallorques' (News of the Kingdom of the Mallorcas) with Toni Xuclà as musical director, and he also premiered the show 'Cançons tel·lúriques' (Telluric Songs)in the Auditorium of La Pedrera in Barcelona, as well as releasing his fifth disc, Mística domèstica (Domestic Mystics, K Indústria Cultural 2005), for which he received the Altaveu, ARC and Enderrock awards.
