Neil Leach

Professor at the Architectural Association of London.

An architect and writer he has a chair at the University of South California. He has taught in a number of American and European universities including the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University, the University of Bath, the Dessau Institute of Architecture, ESARQ (Barcelona School of Architecture) and the Institute for advanced architecture of Catalonia. He has been curator of several exhibitions, including (Im)material Processes: New Digital Techniques for Architecture at the Architectural Biennale of Beijing in 2008. His research is focused on critical theory and digital design, matters on which he has published the books Camouflage (MIT Press, 2006) and Digital Cities (Wiley, 2009).
