Luna Miguel

Miguel is a writer, journalist and publisher. Through prose, poetry and essay writing, she has addressed a broad spectrum of subjects, including desire, eroticism and plural love, as well as illness, pain and death. Her work defends and dialogues with voices in women’s literature, such as Anne Sexton, Alejandra Pizarnik and Gabriela Mistral, amongst many others. She is the author of the novel El funeral de Lolita (Lumen, 2018) and the essay collections Leer mata (La Caja Books, 2022), Caliente (Lumen, 2021), El coloquio de las perras (Capitán Swing, 2019) and El dedo. Breves apuntes sobre la masturbación femenina (Capitán Swing, 2016). She has written various collections of poems, published by La Bella Varsovia, including Un amor español (2023), Poesía masculina (2021) and El arrecife de las sirenas (2017). Miguel has written in publications such as PlayGround, eldiario.es and El Cultural.
