Juan Elosua

Juan Elosua (@jjelosua) is a Telecommunications Engineer and works as a freelance developer with experience in data analysis and visualisations. He has collaborated with Civio on the data journalism projects España en Llamas (“Spain in Flames”) and El Indultómetro (“The Pardon-o-meter”) and has integrated the autonomous region part into the project ¿Dónde van mis impuestos? (“Where Do My Taxes Go?”). He has participated in several openData initiatives in his vocation to encourage a new form of more transparent government that is overseen by citizens.
