Fernando Domínguez Reboiras

He has lived and worked in Germany since 1963. He studied philosophy, theology and history at the University of Tübingen and the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg. He holds a PhD in theology from the latter. Since 1970, he has been a scientific collaborator at the Raimundus-Lullus Institute, and at the Albert-Ludwigs University of Freiburg. He supervised and coordinated the critical edition of Ramon Llull’s works in Latin, Raimundi Lulli Opera Latina, as part of the collection “Corpus Christianorum” (currently comprising 40 volumes) from 1979 to 2008. He is the author of several volumes that make up this edition and other publications from the Raimundus-Lullus Institute. Since 1987 he has been a lecturer at the Maioricensis Schola Lullistica (Mallorca), member of the editorial board of the review Estudios Lulianos (since 1990, Studia Lulliana) and a number of scientific bodies. He is a member of the editorial committee of the “Nova Edició de les Obres de Ramon Llull”. He is the author of volume I (Llibre de virtuts e de pecats) and volume VI (Començaments de filosofia) which are part of this collection.
