Cristina Ricupero

Is an independent curator and art critic based in Paris. She is currently preparing, together with Jörg Heiser, the next Busan Biennale, South Korea, which opens in September 2018. She was curatorial adviser for SeMA Biennale Mediacity Seoul, South Korea (2016) and co-curator with Jörg Heiser of Nuit Blanche Monaco (29 April 2016). Her recent exhibition projects include New Ways of Doing Nothing (Kunsthalle Wien, 2014) The Crime Was Almost Perfect (Witte de With, Rotterdam and PAC, Milan, 2014) and Secret Societies (Schirn Kunsthalle Frankfurt and CAPC Bordeaux, 2011-2012). Cristina Ricupero has contributed to Frieze magazine, various catalogues and has also been a frequent lecturer at various art academies.
