Cristina Alsina Rísquez

Cristina ALSINA RÍSQUEZ is a senior lecturer in American literature at the Universitat de Barcelona (Serra Hunter Fellow) and a researcher in ADHUC—Research Center for Theory, Gender and Sexuality. Her main area of research is 20th century US literature with a special interest in Vietnam War literature and Willa Cather. She is a researcher of the Project, funded by the Spanish government, “Troubling Houses: Dwelllings, Materiality, and the Self in American Literature" (FFI2017-82682-P). She presently co-directs the journal Lectora: Revista de Dones i Textualitat and is board member of AEDEAN (Asociación Española de Estudios Anglo-Norteamericanos) and EAAs (European Association for American Studies).
