Antoni Biarnés

The Director of the Association of Political Scientists and Sociologists of Catalonia, he teaches on different Master’s degrees and post-graduate courses. Previously he was director of the Institut Àgora consultancy. He holds a degree in political sciences and sociology (UAB), a degree in law (UB) and a Master’s degree in public management (UAB). He was president of the Catalan Association of Public Management and coordinates the Forum of Organisations for Public Administration Reform. He is the author of the book Manual para el liderazgo local (Manual for local leadership) and several essays on issues of the contemporary world and the future.
