Albert Triviño

Albert Triviño Massó (Barcelona, 1984) is an experimental filmmaker and audiovisual programmer. He holds a degree in Art History from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and in Experimental Film from the University for Creative Arts (UK), as well as a Master's degree in Exhibition Project Management and Production from Elisava. Since 2006 he's taken part in several exhibitions and festivals in London, Barcelona and Toronto, in 2010 winning the BCN Production prize awarded by Barcelona City Council and also participating in the CCCB's Xcèntric festival that same year. His approach to creating film and art is characterised by his anti-iconic treatment of the image, producing a body of work that ranges from painting and photography to video installations, Super 8, 16mm and documentary films. Currently he's the coordinator and programmer of Zumzeig Cinecooperativa, of which he's also a founding member.
