Ahmed Ghazali

Ahmed Ghazali is a writer and co-founder of the Jiwar Association. He lives in Barcelona and is director of K.NOUR, a company that works on the conceptualisation and production of cultural projects and events in Mediterranean countries. He has written the plays El cordero y la ballena (Le mouton et la baleine, Théâtrales, París, 2001 – The Lamb and the Whale) and Tombuctú 52 días a camello (Timbuktu, 52 Days by Camel, published in Spanish by Icaria in 2005). He was awarded the 2002 SACD Prize. With Mireia Estrada, he is co-founder of the Jiwar Association, an international residence for artists and researchers working in the domain of urban creativity.
