Migrations: The 21st century revolution

Ivan Krastev (Lukovit, 1965) is a political scientist and president of the Center for Liberal Strategies in Sofia, Bulgaria, as well as a founding member of the European Council on Foreign Relations. In this lecture, he will speak of international migrations as a 21st Century revolutionary movement.
