“Dark matter” is a conversation about the ambiguous relation between information, cities, submarine cables, TikTok performances, care networks, riots, migratory flights, seasonal blooms and even the spread of pandemics. How are we to address this irregular totality that is sometimes even worrying and sinister (because we don't understand it)?
