Cine a contracorriente. Latin America and Spain
The CCCB and SEACEX present a programme created based on a process of two years of exhaustive documentation and cataloguing directed by Antoni Pinent, project curator, which has featured guidance from Latin American specialists in experimental film and video of the stature of Rubén Guzmán, Marta Lucía Vélez and Angélica Cuevas Portilla. A cycle of screenings has thus been created, organised into 6 sessions, which contains 44 films from 12 Latin American countries, and which will be exhibited in Latin America and Spain alike.
