Víctor Ferreres
Tenured lecturer in Constitutional Law at the University of Pompeu Fabra and lecturer in Constitutional Law at the Escola Judicial (Judicial School of the General Council of the Judiciary).
With a degree in law from the University of Barcelona, he has a doctorate in Law from the Yale Law School and the Pompeu Fabra University (Barcelona), where he presently teaches Constitutional Law. He has published a range of articles and books in his field, notable amongst which are El principio de taxatividad en material penal y el valor normativo de la jurisprudencia: una perspectiva constitucional (The Principle of Limitation in Criminal Proceedings and the Normative Value of Jurisprudence: A Constitutional Perspective, Civitas, 2002) and Justicia Constitucional y Democracia (Constitutional Justice and Democracy, Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales, 2007).
