Head of Road Infrastructure and Mobility Services at the Diputació de Barcelona (Barcelona County Council), he was formerly architect-in-chief in the Department of Planning of the Urbanism Section of the Badalona Council where he has also worked as an architect advising the management of the Urban Planning Section on urban planning projects and landscape intervention. He has given lectures at different symposiums concerning matters of mobility.
