Valentín Vallhonrat
Valentín Vallhonrat studied Information Science.
Since 1986, he has contributed as a photographer to VOGUE magazine (English, Italian, German, Portuguese and Japanese editions). He has been responsible for multiple advertising campaigns at national and international level.
In 1990, he was awarded the Cecil Beaton Photography Award.
In the 1990s, he produced specialised series of photographs for exhibitions all over the world.
His work has been shown in museums such as the Museo Español de Arte Contemporáneo, Madrid; the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, Seville; the Museo Nacional Centro Arte Reina Sofía; the Museum Moscow House of Photography, the National Museum of Photography, Bradford, etc.
His work has also been published in various books, catalogues, magazines, etc.
Since 1996, he has worked in association with Rafael Levenfeld on archiving, conserving and exhibiting photographic collections.
