Silvana Silva
Researcher
She has been a researcher in the field of neuroscience at the Center for Brain and Cognition (CBC) of Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona since 2015. She studied Computer Science at the University of Oslo (Norway), and has a PhD in signal processing (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, 2012). In 2015 she joined the Computational Neuroscience Research Group of the CBC, and currently works in the Speech Acquisition and Perception (SAP) Group. Her main personal interests are the cognitive development of the brain, consciousness and the development of intelligence.
