Sarai Samper

A graduate in Sociology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, she has a master’s degree in Applied Social Research. In 2004 she founded the consulting firm D-CAS (Social Analysts Collective) which advises the various branches of public administration in planning, implementation, and evaluation of public policy in such areas as education, health, housing, participation, coexistence, life cycle, urban planning, and economic promotion. With D-CAS, she has participated in more than five hundred projects in these fields for more than a hundred bodies of public administration in Catalonia, including town and city councils, regional councils, provincial councils, regional governments, public consortiums, and universities.
