Samantha Rose Hill

Samantha Rose Hill is a writer and visiting scholar at the Oxford Centre for Life-Writing at Wolfson College, University of Oxford, and also teaches at the Brooklyn Institute for Social Research.

She has written the biography Hannah Arendt (Reaktion Books, 2021 and, in Spanish, Báltica Editorial, 2023) and is editor and translator of What Remains: The Collected Poems of Hannah Arendt (WW Norton & Co, 2024). Her articles have been published in such media outlets as The Paris Review, Aeon, Commonweal, The Guardian, and Guernica.
