Ramon Farreny

Doctor in Environmental Science and Technology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Winner of National Award for Final Projects in Environmental Sciences from the Ministry of Education and Science. Expert in Environmental Management Systems (University of South Carolina and UAB), and holder of a Diploma in Energy, the Environment and Sustainable Development (University of Oslo).

He currently combines his professional work in the area of consultancy and eco-innovation at inèdit, a spin-off of the UAB’s Sostenipra research group, with research in urban sustainability (especially water and waste management). In the teaching area, he is a lecturer at the Escola Superior de Disseny i Enginyeria Elisava (UPF) and at the Escola de Prevenció i Seguretat Integral (UAB).
