Oussman Ba

Head of the psychosocial team of the Diocesan Delegation of Migration and president of the Collective of Sub-Saharan Communities in Morocco. In 2005, after the Ceuta and Melilla border crisis, he committed himself to defending the human rights of migrants in Morocco. He has participated in numerous actions to monitor the human rights of migrants in Morocco and in the design of research on migration policies in the Euro-African Western Border.
