Michelangelo Russo

Michelangelo Russo is full professor of Urban Planning, director of DiARC - Department of Excellence 2023-2027, Academic Senator of the University of Naples Federico II, President of CUIA Italian University Conference of Architecture. His field of research concerns the contemporary city's issues, knowledge and phenomena in relation to the changing phenomena of urban growth and landscape transformations in times of “ecological transition”. His scientific production focuses on the interaction between space and society, ecological and environmental issues, and interference between urban metabolism and territory, with an orientation toward the revision of urban design and models of future construction for the city.
