Marla Jacarilla develops her work by means of various techniques such as writing, performance, and video, using them as a testing ground for creating stories. She constantly seeks out links between visual art and literature, to develop a fragmented narrative, sprinkled with fiction, which the viewer is invited to reconstruct.
