Marina Rodríguez Colás
Screenwriter, writer and creative copywriter
Marina has carried out a residency at the Spanish Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences with her second feature film, The Gang, which she's preparing with Fasten Films. Previously, she was the screenwriter for Chavalas, Best First Film at the Malaga Film Festival and with nominations for the Goya, Feroz and Gaudi and Best Screenplay by Spain's Cinema Writers Circle (CEC). She has co-written La vella lluita (candidate for the Gaudí Awards), the series for TVE Catalunya Bany compartit, and several documentaries such as Raval, Pla de Fugida, produced by TV3, and has published articles in Vice, Viola, Código Nuevo and experimental books such as Murió de un infarto de un ataque al corazón. In 2023 she has directed a piece for "City Symphonies" (CCCB and Dones Visuals) entitled Ronda.
