Journalist
He has a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a postgraduate degree in ENG Video Journalism from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Since 2001 he has worked at Televisió de Catalunya, where he has presented the children's news program Info K and has been editor-in-chief of La nit al dia, among others. Specialized in education issues, he is also the author of the 30 minuts reports "Notes d'educació" and "Començar de nou", which was a finalist in the Japan Prize in 2005. Between 2015 and 2021 he was a correspondent for TV3 and Catalunya Ràdio in Moscow. He is the author of the books Rússia, l’escenari més gran del món (Russia, the World’s Biggest Stage, Ara Llibres, 2021), a multifaceted account of contemporary Russia, and L'última victòria de l'URSS (The USSR’s Last Victory, Ara Llibres, 2023), which chronicles the keys of the Soviet method for producing elite athletes. He has received awards including the Catalan National Communication and the Muriel Casals prizes.
He is currently editor and news anchor of the Catalunya Ràdio programme Catalunya Nit.
