LIEV

LIEV is a multi-instrumentist and eletrorganic music producer based in Brazil. His research dives into the intersectionality between machine and human made sounds. Within his body of work, everyday noises and the human voice - mostly in spoken word pieces - are the raw material that ends up mixed with more complex machine and AI-generated sounds, birthing soundscapes and music that delves into the contemporary human experience. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts from the Unesp Arts Institute and works in the space between these three fields: Visual Arts, Music and Technology. In February 2021, she and Brazilian music producer Liev launched Chamæleon, a poetry and electronic music duo.
