Kateryna Mikhalitsyna

Kateryna Mikhalitsyna is a Ukrainian writer, translator, literary editor, columnist, member of PEN Ukraine and NGO ‘New York Literary Festival’ (in Donetsk region, Ukraine), a volunteer. Award-winning author for more than 20 books for children and several collections of poetry. Kateryna’s poems were translated into Polish, Belarusian, Armenian, Swedish, German, English, Lithuanian and other languages. Among the writers she’d translated there are J. R. R. Tolkien, Oscar Wilde, Ernest Hemingway, Henry Marsh, Judith Kerr and others.

Kateryna lives in Lviv with her partner, their three children and an adopted dog.
