Juan Carlos Calvo (Barcelona, 1973) has a Degree in English Philology and Documentation, as well as a Master’s in the Management of Cultural Institutions and Companies and postgraduate diplomas in IT and Teaching for Languages and Postcolonial Culture. Most of his professional career has been spent in the field of public libraries, and he is currently Director of the Camp de l’Arpa-Caterina Albert library in the Sant Martí district of Barcelona.
