Jordi Ferrerons

Barcelona, 1960. Journalist. Qualified with a Degree in Information Science from the Barcelona Autonomous University (1977-1983). Head of Contents for the Lavínia Group.

For 22 years (from 1984 to 2005) Jordi worked at TV3 where, amongst other posts, he worked as director of 3/24, assistant director of News and current affairs, head of Documentary Programming, head of the show En Directe, correspondent in Paris for 6 years, head of International affairs and editor, reporter and special envoy in the area of international news. He also directed and presented several comedy-style current affairs programmes (1992-1994) and between 1986 and 1988 he was the presenter of the weekend news.

From 2005 to 2007 he was chief editor of Cuatro and CNN+ and head of contents at CNN+.

He has been working for the Lavínia Group since January 2008 as managing director of Lavínia Productora, the Group’s contents division.
