Irieix

Irieix is an electro-singer-songwriter project that revolves around electro-pop, Latin music, self-parody and Catalan “sad boyism”. It is a project that was born to provide a channel for the songs composed by Lluís Margarit, but above all for the laughs, as everything they do draws a heavy influence from memes and post-humour. Their songs don’t necessarily talk about personal experiences, but rather they approach their songs from the narrative perspective of a character who almost never achieves his goals, with inspiration taken from groups like Pop x, Manos de Topo, Rebe, Higrogenesse, Krissia and Juan Wauters.
