Georgina Calvo

Georgina Calvo is European Projects Officer in the Tourism Department of the Barcelona Provincial Council. She graduated in Journalism and Tourism, and holds a master's degree in Business Tourism and Event Management. With more than 12 years of experience in the tourism sector, in both private companies and the regional and local administration, she is currently in charge of managing the Sustainable Tourism Thematic Community of the Interreg Euro-MED Programme, and other EU funded projects promoting sustainable development of tourism in the Mediterranean and the province of Barcelona.
