Francesca Llopis Planas

Visual artist specialized in painting and video art. Trained at the EINA school, her career began in the 80's in Barcelona. Her works focus on her travels and nature. She works with painting, drawing and video installations and, throughout her career, she has collaborated with other artists such as Barbara Held and Robert Wyatt. He has exhibited in various places around the world with his painting, making interventions in the public space, with ephemeral structures evoking organic holes or with neon installations. His work is kept in museums such as the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA), the Museu de Terrassa, the Museu d'Art de Sabadell or the Museu d'Art Modern in Tarragona. He currently carries out his activity between Barcelona, Japan and Korea.
