Fina Llorca Antolín
Fina Llorca Antolín has been a teacher of Catalan and Italian. She has a PhD in Catalan Philology (UB) with a thesis on the poetic work of Maria-Mercè Marçal. During the years of preparation and after the reading of the thesis, she published some articles on this author, mainly in university journals, and dedicated to her the books Agua de alta mar: Maria-Mercè Marçal (1952-1988) (Arcibel Sevilla, 2011) and En nom de la Mare. Maria-Mercè Marçal reescriu la passió, (PAM, 2013). She has also dealt with other Catalan women authors, in talks, some articles or in the scope of a Seminar on Catalan Literature that took place at the Blanquerna Cultural Center in Madrid (from 1998 to 2004) and in joint publications, such as, for example, Las mujeres entre la realidad y la ficción. Una mirada feminista a la literatura española, with Gloria Franco (University of Granada, 2008), or alone as Mercè Rodoreda (1908-1939). Una literatura que ayuda a vivir (Ediciones del Orto, 2002). She has just closed a series on Italian novelists of the 20th century at the Ferrer i Guàrdia Library in Alella.
